Ruspire is led by Gp Capt B Ravi Kumar (Retd.), a results-driven aerospace and MRO consultant with over 26 years of experience spanning aircraft maintenance, MRO operations, supply chain management, and strategic planning. His career bridges hands-on maintenance engineering with senior strategic leadership — including regulatory compliance, process automation, cost optimization, and strategic procurement.
Within the Indian Air Force, he restored grounded transport aircraft, including the An-32 and IL-76, through indigenous resources and technical expertise, and led indigenous aviation component development under the Atmanirbhar Bharat initiative. That combination of front-line engineering judgment and strategic liaison experience is what Ruspire now brings to industry and government partners alike.
